How Restless Legs Syndrome makes me feel: Frustrated. Embarrassed. Not in control of my life.
"My job requires a lot of travel. During a long flight, it seems like I spend more time out of my seat than in it. About an hour into the flight, my legs start bothering me. I get this urge or need to move and uncomfortable sensations that feel like pulling or tugging, even twitching. The only thing that helps is to get up and walk around. Either that, or I'm fidgeting in my seat like a little kid. I have the same problem if I'm in the car for a long time, or at the movies. The people next to me are probably wondering what's wrong with me. So do I."
